Noel Baker has been a therapist for more than 9 years, specializing in anxiety, food issues and eating disorders, adult children of addiction and codependency, and postpartum recovery. Her passion lies in helping people reconnect to their truest selves – relying on strengthening healthy relationships, building trust in self, and bolstering self compassion. She loves nothing more than to help others find freedom from all the soul gunk that builds up along the way. Starting out cleaning a counseling office to working the front desk at an agency, she now practices at the Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall office. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an approved LPC supervisor.

In addition to her work at Lifeologie, Noel loves to share the gifts of yoga and meditation with her community. After growing up in Rockwall and graduating from Rockwall High School (feel the sting!), Noel attended The University of Texas at Austin earning a degree in Fine Arts. From there, she headed up to Denton and graduated with a Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She dreamed of combining the arts with therapy to aide in the healing process.

Noel is an avid gardener, finding peace and healing through the art of reconnecting with the natural world. Being married to a firefighter, she understands first hand the challenges and responsibilities of first responder family life. Together, she and her husband raise two little girls, a Yorkie and 5 chickens on their suburban homestead. Her daily practices include the art of cooking, living seasonally and celebrating the small joy bombs around her everyday.

Heath Holland has a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with clinical experience and a passion for working with first responders, veterans, and their families. As a trained EMDR therapist, Heath primarily utilizes EMDR therapy to work with individuals dealing with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and PTSD. He believes educating first responders about the importance of caring for their mental health is a key part in serving and surviving throughout the course of their careers.

On a full-time basis, Heath is employed by a fire department in the DFW area serving in both firefighter and paramedic roles. He works closely with his department’s peer support program, helping individuals within his department work through distressing situations faced at both work and home. Due to his active role as a first responder, Heath is familiar with the responsibilities, schedules, and lasting effects of work accumulated by first responders.

Heath grew up in the Texas Panhandle before attended Baylor University for both his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work. Next, he attended Truett Seminary, where he completed graduate coursework for a Master of Divinity before becoming an ordained Baptist minister. While living in the Waco area, Heath began his clinical social work career by working with at-risk and adjudicated youth at both the Waco Center for Youth and Bill Logue Juvenile Detention Center, followed by service as a chaplain at Baylor University.

Heath is married to his beautiful wife Elizabeth and finds joy in taking care of their dog Laney. When not at the fire station or counseling offices, Heath can most likely be found traveling the world with his wife, biking or boating around DFW, lifting in his garage gym, or in his backyard throwing down a new recipe on the smoker.
