Madi Elliott
(She/Her/Hers)
Madi was born and raised in Mansfield, TX. She moved to the Fort Worth area after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas, where she majored in Integrative Studies with a concentration in psychology, kinesiology, and health/rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University Online. She looks forward to working with couples, families, and individuals.
She believes that our family of origin, life experiences, and environment inform who we are, our behaviors, and how we relate to others. She has worked in the behavioral health field for the last four years and currently trains new Qualified Mental Health Professionals to work with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Growing up she struggled with depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. As she got older and started studying psychology, she began to understand that her experiences and ability to empathize deeply with others weren’t a weakness but could be used to help people. She believes this is her purpose. She enjoys working with couples and relational clients to enact change in a system to improve its functioning and satisfaction in the relationship. Creating awareness and understanding of our experiences growing up can contribute to one’s ability to create change in current relationships. She is passionate about creating a safe space for individuals and couples to reflect, grow, and feel empowered to enact change to achieve their goals.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys family game nights, lounging with her dog, hiking and exercising, and listening to live music.

She also witnessed the benefits of therapy for her mother, who navigated trauma and long separations from family during her own career in the military.
Peyton is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas at Dallas, and previously earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Studies from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.
She is an avid book reader who loves being immersed in different worlds and stories and learning details about the characters she finds on the page. She enjoys traveling, especially being able to see new places, meet new people, and try new foods.

Sydney Jones
Sydney Jones is the perfect mix of cool big sister, instructional coach and “tell you straight up” friend. She helps anxious and depressed teenagers find their own identity, like those lost within a highly successful family, or the athlete or high performer that must balance academics, athletics and self-care. Sydney helps teens experiencing all the “firsts” – like expressing how you feel to parents, time-management, grief, dating, and leaving home for college.
If you’re already out of the home, Sydney can help you discover yourself while at college, and work through the stress of finding and starting a career afterwards. If life transitions have separated you from your partner, she offers excellent guidance for helping couples in long-distance relationships.
Sydney takes special interest in the career arc of high pressure, demanding occupations such as athletes, elite performers, sales, financial professionals, medical professionals, nurses and attorneys working within the narrow margins of family, career growth and burnout. From start to finish, Sydney can assist with time management, energy management, the pressure to succeed, and purpose. Sometimes this includes navigating or grieving a difficult shift following job change, divorce, injury, or the end of collegiate or professional performance.
Sydney is from nearby Southlake, Texas. Following high school she earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Management from Siena College in New York. This good southern girl didn’t go north just for academics. She comes from a long line of formidable women and is a fierce competitor. Sydney was a four-year starter and captain for Siena’s NCAA Division I water polo team, while a four year Academic All-American.
Sydney is completing her MA degree in Clinical Mental Health at UNT-Dallas. In addition to being a full time student, Sydney bartends in a retirement community, providing delicious cocktails and a listening ear to the residents. At every available opportunity she teaches swim lessons, coaches water polo, and spends time with her long-distance boyfriend via FaceTimed noodle nights, movie debriefs, and the Wall Street crossword puzzle.
