Noel Baker
(She/Her/Hers)
Noel Baker has been a therapist for more than 9 years, specializing in anxiety, food issues and eating disorders, adult children of addiction and codependency, and postpartum recovery. Her passion lies in helping people reconnect to their truest selves – relying on strengthening healthy relationships, building trust in self, and bolstering self compassion. She loves nothing more than to help others find freedom from all the soul gunk that builds up along the way. Starting out cleaning a counseling office to working the front desk at an agency, she now practices at the Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall office. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an approved LPC supervisor.
In addition to her work at Lifeologie, Noel loves to share the gifts of yoga and meditation with her community. After growing up in Rockwall and graduating from Rockwall High School (feel the sting!), Noel attended The University of Texas at Austin earning a degree in Fine Arts. From there, she headed up to Denton and graduated with a Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She dreamed of combining the arts with therapy to aide in the healing process.
Noel is an avid gardener, finding peace and healing through the art of reconnecting with the natural world. Being married to a firefighter, she understands first hand the challenges and responsibilities of first responder family life. Together, she and her husband raise two little girls, a Yorkie and 5 chickens on their suburban homestead. Her daily practices include the art of cooking, living seasonally and celebrating the small joy bombs around her everyday.

Katie Morrison
(She/Her/Hers)
Katie Morrison is a passionate advocate for women and their right to expressing themselves, living without fear, and a whole-hearted, embodied existence.
Having experienced the transformative and beautiful challenges of motherhood, Katie is dedicated to listening to the stories and struggles of mothers, and endeavors to help women carve out more space in the world for themselves in seasons where an individual’s sense of self can feel like it’s disappearing.
She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and embodiment practices to combat issues including anxiety, overwhelm, and feelings of loss of control.
Because Katie believes wholeheartedly that each of us carries a deep sense of what we need in the world and that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, she engages in questions that help clients identify when their feelings may not match their behaviors so they can find next steps forward.
Katie is familiar with the deep work necessary to recover from the damage of purity culture and religious trauma. She provides a space where people can unpack their own experiences with such issues that affect one’s identity and sexuality.
Katie worked as a victim advocate for the Abilene Police Department for 2 and a half years where she served victims of domestic violence and provided safety planning and connection to community resources.
Through graduate school at Hardin-Simmons University, she saw a diverse population of clients through the university’s counseling center and worked at a mental health hospital.
Katie previously lived in Israel for 5 and a half years with her husband. There she fell in love with Middle Eastern culture, ate good hummus and acquired roughly conversational Hebrew. This opened her eyes to many diverse cultural experiences and increased her interest in the many ways people seek God, connection and purpose through different religions and cultures.
She is the mother to two spunky daughters and has a son on the way. Motherhood has opened her heart in a way she never knew possible and has grown her patience and perspective. Katie enjoys hiking, gardening, sewing, emotional movies, deep conversations, and traveling with her family. She can be found baking with her daughters, creating art on her own, or watching shows at night with her husband on the couch.
