Noel Baker has been a therapist for more than 9 years, specializing in anxiety, food issues and eating disorders, adult children of addiction and codependency, and postpartum recovery. Her passion lies in helping people reconnect to their truest selves – relying on strengthening healthy relationships, building trust in self, and bolstering self compassion. She loves nothing more than to help others find freedom from all the soul gunk that builds up along the way. Starting out cleaning a counseling office to working the front desk at an agency, she now practices at the Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall office. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an approved LPC supervisor.

In addition to her work at Lifeologie, Noel loves to share the gifts of yoga and meditation with her community. After growing up in Rockwall and graduating from Rockwall High School (feel the sting!), Noel attended The University of Texas at Austin earning a degree in Fine Arts. From there, she headed up to Denton and graduated with a Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She dreamed of combining the arts with therapy to aide in the healing process.

Noel is an avid gardener, finding peace and healing through the art of reconnecting with the natural world. Being married to a firefighter, she understands first hand the challenges and responsibilities of first responder family life. Together, she and her husband raise two little girls, a Yorkie and 5 chickens on their suburban homestead. Her daily practices include the art of cooking, living seasonally and celebrating the small joy bombs around her everyday.

Heath Holland has a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with clinical experience and a passion for working with first responders, veterans, and their families. As a trained EMDR therapist, Heath primarily utilizes EMDR therapy to work with individuals dealing with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and PTSD. He believes educating first responders about the importance of caring for their mental health is a key part in serving and surviving throughout the course of their careers.

On a full-time basis, Heath is employed by a fire department in the DFW area serving in both firefighter and paramedic roles. He works closely with his department’s peer support program, helping individuals within his department work through distressing situations faced at both work and home. Due to his active role as a first responder, Heath is familiar with the responsibilities, schedules, and lasting effects of work accumulated by first responders.

Heath grew up in the Texas Panhandle before attended Baylor University for both his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work. Next, he attended Truett Seminary, where he completed graduate coursework for a Master of Divinity before becoming an ordained Baptist minister. While living in the Waco area, Heath began his clinical social work career by working with at-risk and adjudicated youth at both the Waco Center for Youth and Bill Logue Juvenile Detention Center, followed by service as a chaplain at Baylor University.

Heath is married to his beautiful wife Elizabeth and finds joy in taking care of their dog Laney. When not at the fire station or counseling offices, Heath can most likely be found traveling the world with his wife, biking or boating around DFW, lifting in his garage gym, or in his backyard throwing down a new recipe on the smoker.

Katie Morrison is a passionate advocate for women and their right to expressing themselves, living without fear, and a whole-hearted, embodied existence.

Having experienced the transformative and beautiful challenges of motherhood, Katie is dedicated to listening to the stories and struggles of mothers, and endeavors to help women carve out more space in the world for themselves in seasons where an individual’s sense of self can feel like it’s disappearing.

She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and embodiment practices to combat issues including anxiety, overwhelm, and feelings of loss of control.

Because Katie believes wholeheartedly that each of us carries a deep sense of what we need in the world and that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, she engages in questions that help clients identify when their feelings may not match their behaviors so they can find next steps forward.

Katie is familiar with the deep work necessary to recover from the damage of purity culture and religious trauma. She provides a space where people can unpack their own experiences with such issues that affect one’s identity and sexuality.

Katie worked as a victim advocate for the Abilene Police Department for 2 and a half years where she served victims of domestic violence and provided safety planning and connection to community resources.

Through graduate school at Hardin-Simmons University, she saw a diverse population of clients through the university’s counseling center and worked at a mental health hospital.

Katie previously lived in Israel for 5 and a half years with her husband. There she fell in love with Middle Eastern culture, ate good hummus and acquired roughly conversational Hebrew. This opened her eyes to many diverse cultural experiences and increased her interest in the many ways people seek God, connection and purpose through different religions and cultures.

She is the mother to two spunky daughters and has a son on the way. Motherhood has opened her heart in a way she never knew possible and has grown her patience and perspective. Katie enjoys hiking, gardening, sewing, emotional movies, deep conversations, and traveling with her family. She can be found baking with her daughters, creating art on her own, or watching shows at night with her husband on the couch.

Rockwall therapist Denna Neighbors values resilience, connection, and the power of support. She provides counseling for adults, teens, and tweens who are struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, major life transitions, or trauma recovery.

Denna understands how overwhelming these experiences can be, and believes healing happens when people feel truly seen and heard. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique that helps people process traumatic memories and heal by changing how their memories are stored in the brain.

Denna is passionate about helping adolescents and young athletes work through sports anxiety, the stress of having to perform in public, and the emotional impact of setbacks and injuries. With 20 years of experience working in orthopedics, she has a deep knowledge of both the physical and psychological aspects of competitive sports and recovery. And, as a mom to a teenage daughter who loves volleyball, she also has a special understanding of the pressures that parents and their young athletes and performers face. Denna is a pro at collaborating with teens and their parents, providing effective solutions to help students rebuild confidence, stay mentally strong, and find balance between extracurricular activities, school, and personal life.

Denna earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas. After the profound loss of her husband, she felt called to help others navigate their healing journeys, turning personal hardship into a passion for guiding others through life’s challenges.

At home, Denna and her daughter are part of a blended family that includes her significant other and stepson. Her personal experiences have deepened her empathy, giving her an insightful perspective on grief, love, and the complexities of relationships.

Outside work, you are likely to find Denna cheering on her daughter at volleyball games, exploring nature trails, ATVing, or unwinding with a good book or documentary. But most of all, she values quality time with family because, in the end, connection is what matters most.
